Please note that we do not offer refunds. Exchanges are possible only for items with defects. To qualify for an exchange, a parcel opening video must be provided as evidence. The video should clearly show the defect upon opening the package.

All local pickup orders are final sale. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on pickup orders.
